Following its 2017 re-organization, the FIFA Referees Committee includes two representatives from each confederation: the Head of Refereeing and a member of the Referees Committee. FIFA recently made significant changes: An-Yan Lim Kee Chong (MRI), Noumandiez Doue (CIV), Wilson Seneme (BRA), Lance VanHaitsma (USA), Dagmar Damkova (CZE) were replaced by Hugues Adjovi (BEN), Victor Gomes (RSA, photo), Federico Beligoy (ARG), Joel Aguilar (SLV), Rebecca Welch (ENG). Italy is still represented by three former World Cup referees: Collina (FIFA), Rizzoli (CONCACAF) and Rosetti (UEFA).
