UEFA Euro 2020: Champions League final and Europa League final referees out from KO stage

As confirmed by Sport and L'Equipe, at the end of the group stage, UEFA decided to retain only 14 referees and 17 video match officials for the knock-out stage of Euro 2020. Among those who were sent home are the referees of the most recent Champions League final (Mateu Lahoz) and Europa League final (Turpin). The support officials will leave Euro 2020 after the Round of 16.
